After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2+ the footer on the BPA custom internal template is always at the bottom of page.
ERROR / ISSUE
-----------------------
in 12.1.3 there was not a large space between the Lines and the footer information.
in 12.2+ the footer for default template is as it was in previous versions, but in copied or custom internal templates now have the footer at the very bottom of the page.
STEPS
-----------------------
Upgrade to 12.2 and run the BPA print program.
Output for the footer placement is different from 12.1.3
