Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

Reported Issue
-----------------

Some of the Receiving lines are stuck in interface with an error.
Hence, unable to create receipt from the BOE form.
Used CORE Inventory Receipts form for creation of receipts on applying to BOE 
find that the Quantity is Not reflecting correctly for the receipt lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
This issue isn't reproducible but observed only for a receipt.

-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, though applied to BOE , find that the quantity is not reflecting correctly thereby creating an issue.
