Unable to access the URL when clicked on view WSDL/WADL (Doc ID 2455790.1)

Newly setup environment
No errors reported in below files
$INST_TOP/soa/SOALog.log
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/oafm_default_group_1/application.log
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.3/opmn/oafm_default_group_1/oafmstd.out
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.3/opmn/oafm_default_group_1/oafmstd.err

Below error found while accessing the URL

http://hostname:port//webservices/
webpage not found
URL was including extra "/" symbol

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Installation Issues

When clicking on view WSDL/WADL  getting the below error for SOAP and Rest Web services.

ERROR
-----------------------
The requested URL //webservices/SOAProvider/plsql/fnd_user_pkg/ was not found on this server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Integrated SOA Gateway -> Integration Repository -> Search -> Internal Name -> FND_USER_PKG - GO -> User -> SOAP Web Services -> View WSDL

Integrated SOA Gateway -> Integration Repository ->Search -> Internal Name -> FND_USER_PKG - GO ->User -> Rest Web Services -> View WADL

Due to this issue, users cannot test the REST /SOAP webservices
