ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Able to assign a resource to a project that beyond his/her HRMS assignment end date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not be able to assign a resource to a project that beyond his HRMS assignment end date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee >> Assignments form:

The EMP1 has:
Effective Date From = 27-MAR-2017
Effective Date To = 31-JUL-2017

2. Projects form:
Project Number = XXXXX
Trans Duration = 31-MAR-2017 to 28-FEB-2018
Status = Approved

==> The project is active till 28-FEB-2018 and the employee will be assigned on this project code on role


3. On SSWA:

A. Projects >> Team Member Home page:
Query project = XXXXX

B. Go Resources >> Scheduled People:
Create an assignment:
Actions: Add Assignments => Go

In 'Basic Information' TAB, enter:
Role = Role1
Start Date = 22-Apr-2017
End Date = 28-FEB-2018
Person = EMP1

Click Submit. The record created:

Project Key Members:
Name = EMP1
Role = Role1
Job Title = Consultant
Start Date = 22-Apr-2017
End Date = 28-FEB-2018

==> User is able to assign the resource beyond his/her HRMS assignment End-Date 31-JUL-2017.
