On : 12.2.7 version, Item Issues
When attempting to run item import,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The concurrent program for your request exited without calling standard Application Object Library exit routines or the process could have been terminated by the operating system.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to Inventory responsibility: Items> Import> Import Items
3. Run the Import Items program
4. Concurrent completes with error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Impacting Item master
Due to this issue, users cannot create items.
