Organization Not Showing in List of Values for Change Organization, Organization Access, or Item Master Form (Doc ID 2456381.1)

Find that when navigating to the Item Master form, the Organization Access form or even selecting Change Organization, the expected organization is not available in the list of values to be selected.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to one of the following forms:
a. Change Organization
b. Items > Master Items
c. Setup > Organizations > Organization Access

2. See the expected organization is not available in the list of values to be selected.
