Not able to save India Tax Details, due to same Pop Up message

FRM-40654 : Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Created SO with 2 Lines along with taxes.

2.Book the order.

3.Pick release

4.Ship confirm

5.Now, again navigate to sale order form attached one more line in the existing order.

6.Save the header and line

7.Navigate to India Tax detail, Attach the tax category.

8.Tax detail populated.

9.Save the records.

10 try to apply the (Click on Apply )

11.Below Error message is coming, India Tax Details gets saved for the first line properly. But while saving the India Tax Details for second and further lines, the popup message doesn't get closed even after clicking 'ok' until the form is forcefully closed.
