Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
For Some order types a Buy One Get One (BOGO)
is not creating a price adjustment record on the BUY line.
This results in the BOGO reapplying and duplicating any time that pricing is called.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects the price adjustment to be present and for the modifier to apply only once.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order line for the buy item.
4. Save
5. Actions > View Adjustments
  --No record for the BOGO adjustment
