Goal

Why change request flow is initiated on PR line Cancellation that is not associated with PO when Change button is used?

Steps:
iProcurement -> Non Catalog Request
Create PR with 4 lines
Submit and Approve PR

Purchasing -> Autocreate PR
Select Line 1 and 3 and Add to PO and Create and Submit SPO
PO is approved

Purchasing -> Autocreate PR
Select Line 2 and Add to PO and Create and Submit SPO
PO is approved

iProcurement -> Requisitions tab
Select PR -> Click Change
Select Cancel Line for Line 4 -> Next
Submit

Confirmation Message is shown when PR line is canceled using Change button

"Your change request(s) for Requisition 18939 have been submitted for processing. View status of the change request(s) from the Requisition Status page."

Action history for the requisition shown as Change Requested and Rejected.
