Goal

We would want to have a dynamic approver group where the Request would go for approval to all the approvers setup for each group and at least one approver from each group should approve.
When we use the approval method as consensus..it is going to all for approval and when we choose First approver, the Journal is getting approved after any one approver approves.
We would want consensual approval between a groups and first responder wins within a group. How to achieve this?
