On : 12.2.4 version, AME Setup issues , in Test

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not Able To Assign Approver Group To Rules. Unable to see the approver group created while adding the action under rule

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search for the approver group created while adding action in the rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approvals Management Business Analyst Responsibility
2. Select the transaction type
3. Click on Setup
4. Go to Rules > Create Rule   > Add condition > Add Action
5. Select the action type
6. Search for the approver group.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add the approver group to rule.
