While creating SO via RLM, the SO Line status goes into BOOKED status instead of AWAITING SHIPPING

ORA-20001: OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity(OEOL, xxx, xxx, RUN, xxx,x,x,xx,xx,Shp-E-4E-34) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_SHIPPING_WF.START_SHIPPING, OEOL, xxx, xxx, RUN)



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User & Shipping
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer > Enter, book and try to ship order
3. Receive ship exception error
