Page is No Longer Active Error While Selecting a value from Category LOV in Non Catalog Request Page (Doc ID 2458566.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Catalog Shopping

When attempting to quick select category from Non catalog request page
the following error occurs.

"You are trying to access a page that no longer active"
"The referring page may have come from previous session. Please select Home to proceed."

The issue happens for a single user

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IProcurement Responsibility
2. Non Catalog Request
3. Select the category LOV
4. Quick Select a Category
5. Get the following error
