Find stuck sales order issue transaction records stuck in the transaction open interface (table MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE / MTI) with the following error.
Invalid transaction source segments
The issue cannot be reproduced at will.
- In this case, the user was doing Ship Confirm from the Warehouse Management (WMS) mobile device. They had no errors but records were stuck.
See the stuck records with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Transaction Open Interface
2. Query : See records in error.
-or: See records in the Shipping transactions form where the order lines are Shipped but the delivery details show next step to Interface to Inventory.
