Symptoms

On : 12.2.1 version, Terminations

Unable to terminate an employee in EBS

The issue is the employee has to be terminated backdated but he was already processed in payroll and all processes are run including transfer from GL.

There are future dated entries also.

Now somehow we need to fix the issue and get these employees terminated.

e.g. employee# 372979. Need to terminate this employee on 13-Jun-2108

 

ERROR

APP-PAY-51208: You cannot terminate this assignment. Future Element Entries Exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager>People> Enter and Maintain
2. Query Employee
3. Others End Employment> Enter termination date as ’13-Jun-2018’
Notified = 13-JUN-2018
Actual = 13-JUN-2018
Last Standard = 23-Jun-2018
4. Click Terminate - Receive error
