Symptoms
During the collection of data portion of the OTM installer, specifically the DB_CLIENT_PATH, a bash script is created, executed and then removed from the /tmp mount. If /tmp mount is mounted with the option "noexec" these tests, which are logged to the Install log, will appear to succeed but will mark the client as the wrong version and stop the installer.
