Data Removal Tool (DRT) Search returns Ex-Employee from all Business Group it is not honoring Data Restriction based on the Security Profile attached. (Doc ID 2459761.1)

On 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.delta.10 of Application.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Observed that, Ex-Employees from all the Business Groups are being displayed when users does a search on the Personal Data Removal Page. Data is not restricted based on the Security Profile Value set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Expect that, Ex-Employees from all the Business Groups should not be displayed when users do a search on the Personal Data Removal Page. Data should be restricted based on the Security Profile Value set.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Function "Person Data Removal".

3. In the launch page, click on "Add HR" and it launched the Person Search Page.

4. In the launched search page, click on "GO" to do a blind search.

5. The page returned Ex - Employees from all the Business Group, it is not restricting the data to which the logged in user has access based on the value set for profile HR: Security Profile.
