Symptoms

 When running the Create Intercompany AR Invoices (INCIAR) process, the log file shows something like this:

Start Processing Transaction Records
No transaction records is processed for Intercompany
===========================================================================

0 shipment transaction(s) selected.
0 shipment transaction(s) processed.
0 shipment transaction(s) rejected.

This means there are no transactions at all created by the sales order in the table MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS.
