Symptoms

iExpense Saved Searches are receiving an error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Login as an iExpenses User
2. Navigate to iExpense Audit Responsibility
3. Click on Advanced Search
4. Click on the Saved Searches button
5. It just spins and produces the following error:
Failure of Web Server bridge: No back-end server available for connections
