Symptoms

iExpense Saved Searches are receiving an error

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connections: timed out after 10 seconds or idemptent set to OFF or method not idemptent.


STEPS
-----------------------
Login as an Expenses User

Navigate to iExpense Audit Responsibility,

clicking on Advanced Search

and then click on the Saved Searches button.

It just spins and produces the following error:
Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connections

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot used saved searched for auditing but instead must use the Advanced Search feature.
