Symptoms


When attempting to update Link,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PAY-34809: You cannot create new costing combinations because dynamic inserts are currently disabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. China HRMS Manager >
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Basic > Link
3. Error
