ATO Attribute Flag Enabled at Org Level Does Not Impact the Order Line (Doc ID 2462007.1)

Symptoms

The ATO option is not being selected on the order line even though the Assemble to Order checkbox is selected on the Master Items form. As a result, users have to manually select the ATO option on the order line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is for the ATO option to be automatically selected upon sales order placement.
