OTL: When Timecard Period is Changed, Previously Entered Timecards are Empty in Timekeeper Screen (Doc ID 2462065.1)

Problem Statement:
Timekeeper entered time using a Monthly Timecard period for period January-August. Now users want to change the timecard period from Monthly to Calendar Month.
The preference Self Service Timecard Period for Worker was changed from Monthly to Calendar Month
After changing the preference, timekeeper cannot see the hours entered for January to August. In Recurring Period list of values from Timekeeper Search screen, only Calendar Month value is available

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change timecard period from Monthly to Calendar Month
2. Query a past period in timekeeper
