OPM Accounting Pre-Processor is generating corrupted values for FRT and IOR journal line types (Doc ID 2462489.1)

On Application Release 12.1.3:

It was found that OPM Accounting Pre-Processor is generating corrupted values for IOR and FRT journal line types.

This issue is occurring only for EVENT_CLASS_CODE = DIR_INTERORG_SHIP and EVENT_TYPE_CODE = DIR_INTERORG_SHIP.

Also, if OPM Accounting Pre-Processor is run with debug level set to 3, then process is failing with Signal 11 error.
