Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Integrated SOA Gateway, Installation-related issues
Invoking the submit request REST Web Service (e.g. AuthenticationService, isActive, FND_USER_PKG) fails with the following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully deployed Rest Service using SOA Gateway
2. Copied and pasted WADL in ReadyAPI testing tool which parsed the Endpoint, Method, and Resource.
3. Prepared JSON payload with parameters, run, and received the error message.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit requests via web service.
