Strategy Name is Being Replicated for a Customer with the Same Account in Multiple Operating Units in the UWQ (Doc ID 2462519.1)

In the UWQ, the Strategy Name is being replicated for a customer with the same Account in multiple Operating Units instead of listing the correct Strategy assigned.

For example -

UWQ - shows
Customer        Operating Unit      Strategy             Amount Overdue
Customer1        OU1                  Strategy1                       100.01
Customer1        OU2                  Strategy1                    8,603.91

Click on the line for OU2 -
The Collections Agent UI opens and shows that there is no Strategy assigned to Customer1 in OU2
