Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Calculate Price flag on BOGO Promotional GET line(s) are being set to Partial Price causing Term Substitution modifier to fail

I have a multiple promotional modifiers executing.
When the BOGO fires first, the get line(s) are set to partial price.
Then when the Terms Substitution modifier should fire, it can't because of the partial price set on the GET line.

When I manually change the GET item's calculate price flag to calculate price, the TSN fires correctly.
I have set the Header Adjustment Pricing Phase to Freeze Override - User

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Terms Substitution modifier to be applied
