ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Concurrent Manager Has Put The Concurrent Request On Hold
This issue can occurs when users close the browser (oracle application) window abnormally
(network issue, session expired, etc) after clicking on View Details or "Schedule" or "Options" button within the SRS Form, the status of the concurrent request remains Inactive/On Hold.
It will mention that last updated by example (Concurrent Manger - 4).
This resulting in a problem as those requests will stay in On Hold forever. These request IDs will stay in on-hold status until manually released.
