ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Physical Inventory Adjustments Failed to Update Item Revisions
Perform physical inventory on items with revision control turned on.
Issues:
1) Physical inventory adjustments of items requiring revision control did not require revision to be entered.
2) Physical inventory adjustments of items with revisions entered did not get applied to the adjustments.
Expectations:
Requirement is that these records need to have a revision stamped to them.
With revision control turned on and the revision on these records are null, unable to cycle count or misc issue these records to correct them.
Need to know how to correct the issues and how to prevent this issue going forward.
