Can not Change X Axis Label of Chart Type "Vertical Stacked Area".

Symptoms
The customer inserts the chart into the report using the report editor.
The x axis of the chart is time.
If they choose "Vertical Line" as the chart type, the x axis labels are simply displayed as follows.

month dd yyyy
However, if they choose "Vertical Stacked Area" as the chart type, the x axis labels are displayed vertically as mm/dd/yy hours:minutes AM/PM.
It seems that this display does not change even if Time Series setteings is changed.
