Invalid Value For The Column OKX_PARTY_CONTACTS_V OKX_PCONTACT.ID1, .ID2 (Doc ID 2463333.1)

When attempting to add some Customer Contacts, the following error occurs. This only occurs for some contacts.

Invalid value for the column OKX_PARTY_CONTACTS_V OKX_PCONTACT.ID1, .ID2

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Service Agreement contract in Entered status.
2. In the Customer Contacts section select the Role of Contact.
3. Select the Contact named XXXX YYYY.
4. Try to save the contact.
5. Get the error.
