Competencies Not Being Updated For Employees When Completing eLearning. (Doc ID 2464441.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user completes e-learning the competency profile is not updated with the competency attached to the course. The successfully completed flag is updated and the enrollment status is completed but the competency is not attached to the competency profile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The competency profile will be updated with the competency information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learning completes e-learning via Employee Self Service.
2. Enrollment Record is updated as Attended and Successful enrollment is ticked.
3. The competency profile for the employee shows no record of the competency.
