Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to the User Defined Attributes page from OM Order Line the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate: Development Manager -> Browse Catalog
Select Organization and ICC
Click on item of interest
Click on any Page which contains item attributes (Seeded or UDA)

- Error occurs
