Order Base Re-release is Releasing Lines not Marked as "Shippable" via Integration (Doc ID 2464587.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Order Base re-release is releasing line not marked as "shippable" via integration.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

1) Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent. Copy Public Agent ORDER BASE – INSERT and set to active.

2) Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload an XML/CSV Transmission. Upload XML file to create an order base with 3 lines as follows. Note agent: ORDER BASE – INSERT (action: ORDER BASE – INSERT) will release the “shippable” lines.

Line 1 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 10.
Line 2 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 5.
Line 3 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 1.

Note 2 lines were released. This is the expected behavior.

3) Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent. Create a new agent to trigger a re-release on order base modified event.

Agent ID = ORDER_BASE – RERELEASE
Agent Type = ORDER BASE
Agent Events = ORDER BASE - MODIFIED
Restrictions = INTEGRATION
Actions = ORDER BASE - MOD - RE RELEASE

4) Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload an XML/CSV Transmission. Upload XML file to update. This will set line 2 shippable flag = N.

Line 1 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 10.
Line 2 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 5.
Line 3 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 1.

The agent runs, however the Order Base shows we re-released all 3 lines, even though line 3 was never shippable and line 2 was changed to be non-shippable. The expectation is only Line 1 will be released.

Check the order release and the original 2 lines were deleted and 3 new lines added, one for each line on the order base.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:


The expectation is only one shippable line (line 1) would have been released.
