On : 12.2.3 version, Asset

In Lease Management, Termination transaction fails with error during disposal of asset

Please process pending Off-Lease transactions for asset &Asset.
Error during disposal of asset &Asset.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User > Create Termination Quote
2. Termination Transaction fails at dispose asset step
