R12:AP: Payment Withholding Tax Group In Distribution Is Not Removed on Invoice Workbench Form (APXINWKB) (Doc ID 2464809.1)

Symptoms

After remove Payment Withholding Tax Group from line, Payment Withholding Tax Group on respective tax distribution is not removed accordingly.

Payment withholding tax group on invoice distribution should be updated synchronous with line when choose update distribution.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Invoice with Invoice Withholding Tax Group and Payment Withholding Tax Group, validate the invoice.
Check the distributions. The Invoice Withholding Tax Group and Payment Withholding Tax Group are populated properly.
2. Remove the Payment withholding group from invoice line.
3. When try to save, a decision message popups:
Withholding Tax Group Changed.
Do you want to update the changed tax code in the distributions?
Select ‘Yes’.
4. Check the invoice distribution, Payment Withholding Group is not removed on respective tax distribution.
