Symptoms

Not able to create claim after applying two patches (26176791:R12.OZF.B and 27139375:R12.OZF.B)

Error/Actual Behavior
===================
After applying the two patches getting an error when trying to create Claims for some customers.

Error
=====
Error is Customer XX is invalid or disabled
task is invalid, Please enter a valid task ID

Steps to reproduce
==================
1. Login to Trade management user, claims tab and try to create claim investigation

Expected Behavior
==================
Should be able to create claim without any error
