Error In Creating TimeCard After 12.2.6 Upgrade (Doc ID 2465185.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create timecard on R12.2.6, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open the page "Recent Timecard" and click the Create Timecards.
    Res: OTL Self Service
    (N) Recent Timecard

  2. The same error occurs
     Also, this issue happen from create timecard function directly as well.
