Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Querying newly applied patches are not showing up.

NEW patches not showing result when I query AD_BUGS with patch number.
If query OLD patches it shows.
 

The issue has the following business impact:
Can not verify patch application in PROD.
