STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book, Bill and Accrue a Variable Rate Contract.
The Product used on this contract must be a Multi-GAAP Product
and the Primary Financial Product should list more streams to be
accrued than the Reporting Product.
2. After billing and accruing for some months those periods should be
closed as would occur naturally over the life of the contract.
4. Attempt to process a termination quote using an effective date
that is a couple periods prior to the last accrued period, and within
one of the closed periods.
