Submit Charges Does Not Create Order And Returns No Error For Foreign Bill To (Doc ID 246594.1)

Within the Charges interface when you press Submit Charges from the Service Request screen it does not pass the charges over to Order Management (OM). No order is created.  This happens specifically on customers
that have an international address.

  (R) Customer Support
  (N) Service Requests --> View Service Request --> Tools --> Charges
             --> Click on submit

  Only the charges attached to an address in USA is sent to OM. Others are not.
