Many Fields in options table are greyed out after the IFRS patches
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that those fields should be enabled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to property manager responsibility
2. Try to update the options
3. Many fields are greyed out in this tab
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the other fields in options which will impact the business process
