Personalized Buttons Are Not Displayed in Inquriy Menu AR_CUSTOMERS_VIEW (Doc ID 2466579.1)

We have add additional button on Customer page by personalization.

The button is displayed in standard menu but it is not displayed in Inquiry menu(AR_CUSTOMERS_VIEW).

Why the button is not displayed in Inquiry menu?
