How to capture Previous Submitted Entry details/changes of a Timecard in 'Working' status ? (Doc ID 2466631.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

OTL Time card change record are not captured when timecard is in Working Or Submitted Status ( and never got approved ).

E.g:
+ If an employee changes the Time cards it should be captures in the Time card approval notification screen which is submitted to the supervisor.

+ "Previous submitted entry" doesn't contain any value even if the worker changes the TIME ENTRY for the second time while having the status "Submitted" or "Working".

+ But this is only captured for the amendment done for the approved Time cards.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If an employee changes the Time cards it should capture in the Time card approval notification screen which is submitted to the supervisor.

E.g:
Though the timecard is not approved once, the changes should be captured even when the Time cards are changed during the working status or submission status.
