How to do a MASS EDIT of timecards when there is a large no. of employees reporting to single supervisor ? (Doc ID 2466684.1)

> The situation is that employee are not allowed to EDIT the time card unless they have forgot to scan their IN & OUT record.
> So if the employee changes the interfaced TIME IN & OUT records it should notify the supervisor. If not employee can manipulate the records continuously.

>If , Users are given access to change/edit timecards,  they do and that has become an audit concern because of the manipulations.


   So, here the if we want to restrict the edit access to only a Timekeeper or an Authorized Delegate or Line Manager
   who can do the time entry for particular employee's missing time entry.

This can be well practiced if there is a very lesser number of employees reports to one single supervisor.

How to achieve this when there is really a large no. of employees reporting to one supervisor and the supervisor struggles to EDIT all the missing records in the end of the month ?
