Symptoms

When using program Calculate Manufacturing Lead Times observed wrong lead times.

Expect to have correct lead times

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Bills > Routings > Setup Routing
2. Run Calculate Manufacturing Lead Times GUI
3. Navigate to Inventory > items > lead time tab : See incorrect fixed lead time.
