When Entering A New Depot Repair Service Type It Does Not Save (Doc ID 2466921.1)

On : 12.2.6 Depot Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new ''Service Type'' in Depot repair the form does not save the data..

After saving,  if you try to re-query the service type the form is unable to find it.

However, we could verify via query that the data was saved to the table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When entering the service type details that the form will save all of the data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Depot repair > Setup > Service types form
2. Enter a new new service type including service activity details in the RMA - Pre service and Ship fields. etc.
2. Save
