Unable To Edit/Remove/Personalize Payment System Accounts in 12.2.7 (Doc ID 2467383.1)

Goal

In 12.2.7 user is unable to edit/remove/personalize Payment System Accounts attached to a Payment System.

Note: "Remove" functionality is already disabled in previous releases too.

Why has this changed in 12.2.7 ?

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1 – Login to Payment Setup Administrator Responsibility.
Step 2 – Go to Payment Systems page
Step 3 – Select the Payment System and Select Update Accounts
Step 4 – Go to the name of the account.

Result: It it not possible to change the name. "Remove" is greyed out.
