On PROD: 11.5.10.2 version, Shopping Cart Related
Unable to add item to cart.
ERROR

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /OA_HTML/ibeCCtpBuyRoute.jsp.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore
2. From Catalog or using Direct Item Entry page, add several items to cart
3. Note that, when there are more items in the cart, page takes a while (if more than a minute), it errors
