Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Lead
When attempting to click on Product Category field the following error occurs.
ERROR

"ORA-01403: no data found"
"FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Telesales Agent -> eBusiness Center
2. Query your Customer
3. Click on Leads tab
4. Click on Product Category Field
