R12: Custom Project Expense Report Account Generator is Not Being Called in iExpenses

Symptoms
Custom Project Expense Report Account Generator (AG) does not appear to be called in iExpenses. Verified:
a. Compared the custom to the seeded and see the same options are selected, i.e., runnable
b. The custom AG was loaded using WFLOAD with a command like:
WFLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD $PA_TOP/patch/115/import/US/PAAPWEBX.wft
c. The custom process was added into the form Setup -> Flexfields -> Key --> Account...we thought...
Noted that in wfstatus, we should see the the custom name of the account generator. We do not, we see 'Default Account Generator for Web':
